Beginning rowing classes
Beginning rowing classes will be held 6 to 8 a.m. Mondays and 9:15 to 11:15 a.m. Sundays, May 22 through August 28 at Emigrant Lake, 175 Emigrant Lake Road, Ashland. The classes cost $125 per month. Veterans are free. For registration and more information, contact Toni at ktoni50@yahoo.com.
Intermediate Tai Chi for Older Adults
Tai Chi is a moving meditation that strengthens bones and muscles, improves balance and increases flexibility. Qi Gong, the movement of energy through the body, is also incorporated. Pre-registration required: ashland.or.us/register or 541.488.5342.

Medford Cruise coming to Medford
The 38th annual Medford Cruise will kick off at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 17, at Fichtner-Mainwaring Park in Medford, with plenty to check in for classic car and truck fans, according to a news release. Judging events will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Judges will select three vehicle finalists in five categories.

Join our summer interpretive ranger, Meaghen O’Rourke, as she leads us to view this hard-to-find waterfall behind Grizzly Peak! The hike is two easy miles. Southern Oregon Veg Fest
Southern Oregon’s first-ever Veg Fest will be held 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, June 11, at Tikkun Olam Farm Sanctuary (TOFS), 460 Hartley Road, Phoenix.
