The Ashland Monster Dash, a race series featuring competitors decked out in Halloween garb, will return for its 15th year on Saturday, Oct. 28, near the Band Shell in Lithia Park, according to a news release. The event will feature in-person 1-mile, 5K, and 10K distances, with prizes for the top finishers in each race.
