I saw Ashland Police Chief Tighe O’Meara‘s name in the Ashland.news again recently.

Apparently he’s trying to expand (yet again) the expulsion zone so that he and the Chamber of Commerce can keep the “undesirables” out. 

Is it his intention to eventually make the entire city an expulsion zone? Sure seems like it. 

Oh, and wait, there’s more: He wants our police department to be judge and jury as to who’s excluded, taking that duty away from a judge. It’s called lack of due process — all are guilty as judged by the police. 

The City Council needs to pay attention and stop King O’Meara from further gentrifying the town and removing due process before it’s too late.
