Dr. Hector Garcia in his book, “Alpha God: The Psychology of Religious Violence and Oppression,” and his talk at the 2022 national convention of the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) provides answers from our evolutionary psychology.

Then, we will discuss his claims and his evidence. Sandra Coyner, Ph.D., Jefferson Center member and emerita professor of history, women’s studies, and critical thinking, will lead our discussion.
