A semitrailer on fire stopped on the northbound Interstate 5 overcrossing at Crowson Road on the southeast corner of Ashland before 8 a.m. Monday morning. A witness said the rear tires on both the tractor and the trailer were on fire, but both fires were quickly extinguished by firefighters.
