Ashland City Council will not meet July 1 or July 2 for a “summer break,” according to posts on the city of Ashland website. Council will not meet again until July 15 and July 16.

While no agenda is posted for the mid-July meetings, the council look ahead lists scheduled agenda items. The July 15 study session is expected to focus on an update to climate friendly areas while the July 16 business meeting will likely include a hearing on the buildable lands inventory from the Community Development Department and an update on the search for a city manager and a city attorney, according to the look ahead.

The Homeless Services Master Plan Subcommittee will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, at 51 Winburn Way. Public comment can be made at the meeting. The committee will focus on the “close out” of its activities, including the final draft of the master plan, according to an agenda on the city page.

The newly created 2200 Ashland St. Ad Hoc Committee meets at 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, at 2200 Ashland St. The meeting will focus on potential goals for the property and a look at preliminary information from the work of the  Homeless Services Master Plan Subcommittee, according to an agenda on the city page.
