Users can submit online records requests, look up public reports, permits, and more

The city of Ashland has added a public self service kiosk to the city’s Community Development & Engineering Services Building, 51 Winburn Way, according to a news release.
Users can access multiple services at the kiosk. They include the following applications:
- Citizen Self Service (CSS), which offers online building, planning, and public works permits. Project tracking and inspection scheduling are also included.
- HdL, which includes online business license and home occupation permits.
- Just FOIA for online records requests.
- SeeClickFix, intended for submitting non-emergency requests and reports such as grafitti, parking violations, streetlight outages, and abandoned vehicles.
- LaserFiche, which includes the City of Ashland’s digital records archives.
- Utilities Account Portal, where users can view utility bills, make payments online, sign up for new service or transfer service.
The Community Development & Engineering Services Building is open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. City staff will be available if users need any assistance.
