I recommend Patty Jensen for Jackson County Library District Director, Position 1.
I worked as a librarian at a public library for 25 years. As a librarian, I believe Patty, a professional educator, administrator, and communicator, is the better qualified candidate for position 1.
Patty believes, passionately, that libraries are places where all people are welcome to explore, learn, participate, understand, interact, and grow, however they decide. Patty will advocate for policies preserving that right, safeguarding everyone’s freedom to read whatever they choose, and ensuring that Jackson County’s libraries continue to provide, unimpeded, the irreplaceable library services and the dedicated professional librarians that our communities depend on.
Please vote for Patty Jensen to serve on the Jackson County Library District Board of Directors for position 1.
