Barbara Northrop joined RVGS in 2005. She is a current member of the RVGS Education Committee as the seminar chair and is a frequent RVGS presenter. She graduated from Salt Lake City Community College Genealogy Certificate Program in 2016 and is a graduate of the ProGen Study Groups 43 in 2020 and 64 in 2021. Barbara has been a Certified Genealogist since 2021.
