SUMMARY:Calm Abiding Sunday with Lama Yeshe
DESCRIPTION:This meditation is common to many traditions of Buddhism. In this practice\, we rest our attention on a simple meditative support\, such as the breath. Instead of following thoughts and emotions as we usually do\, we release them and maintain our connection to the support. \n“From this practice\, we can experience a stable and calm mind. We learn to maintain and return to a sense of stillness\, no matter what our outer circumstances. The mind is relaxed\, alert and aware. The results of this practice are serenity\, freedom in the face of circumstances\, and ultimately Buddhahood.” From Meditation for Beginners\, by Bokar Rinpoche \nPlease see our calendar for upcoming dates\, visit: kscashland.org \nPlease contact the office to receive our monthly emails and the Zoom link for this practice: OFFICE@KSCASHLAND.ORG

SUMMARY:Sunday Service: Power\, Poverty\, and Mutuality
DESCRIPTION:When we think of poverty\, we often think of an absence of material wealth. However\, a deeper and more pervasive poverty is an absence of community and mutuality. Drawing on their own story and experiences working in street ministry\, SOUUP Intern Minister Eli Poore invites us all to explore how mutuality and connection can elevate all communities. \n“If there is no friendship with and no sharing of the life of the poor\, then there is no authentic commitment to liberation\, because love exists only among equals.” -Gustavo Gutiérrez \nAttend in person or watch live or recorded on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@roguevalleyunitarianuniver8871

SUMMARY:Layers of the Heart and Our Evolving Bodies by Soleil Aurose
DESCRIPTION:After Soleil shares some personal background and client’s experience\, she will invite the audience on a Layers of the Heart Journey-Meditation. Soleil will demonstrate how our epigenetic factors relate to the layers of our Auric fields\, and she will discuss the safe ways to open to higher energies and ways that can lead to Spiritual emergencies. \nSoleil will share a client’s experience of her Aurose Process to highlight\, how and why the body consciousness stores memories from past lives\, how completing those experiences and bringing former self energies back to the embodied soul center clears the epigenetic field over groups of cells. After this the pure cellular consciousness can be contacted for further healing instructions. \nSoleil Aurose is a traveler of the worlds\, having visited 50 outer countries and many more inner realms. Her profession as a Spiritual Evolutionary Somatic Facilitator draws from all of her life experiences\, educational studies including a Masters in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from JFK University\, and her knowledge is continuously expanded by each client she works with. \nThe core of Soleil’s ‘Aurose Process’ is her Layers of the Heart guidance. Soleil has given workshops and trainings in seven countries and presented at conferences in the US\, Germany\, and India. Presenter’s Website: https://www.theauroseprocess.com \nFREE ADMISSION – 1757 Ashland St.\, Ashland\, OR. One mile west of I-5 Exit 14
