DESCRIPTION:Friends of the Animals (FOTAS) hosts a monthly low-cost vaccination and microchip clinic for our community to help keep their pets healthy and protected. \nAll clinics are available for both cats and dogs. \nEvents are “by appointment only”. One appointment per animal needed! \nCATS must be in a sturdy carrier; DOGS must be on leash. \nPets that are ill\, on antibiotics\, in heat\, or on cortisone products cannot be vaccinated.

DESCRIPTION:This small group personal training program is designed for groups of 8-10\, offering the benefits of personal training in a group setting. \nAll fitness levels welcome\, though you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. A combination of weight training\, balance exercises and some cardio with functional lifelong wellness in mind. Benefits include prevention of osteoporosis by stimulating the growth of muscle and bone\, mental and emotional health\, improved immune system\, and most importantly lower risk of falls\, metabolic diseases and cognitive decline.
