A combination of weight training\, balance exercises and some cardio with functional lifelong wellness in mind. Benefits include prevention of osteoporosis by stimulating the growth of muscle and bone\, mental and emotional health\, improved immune system\, and most importantly lower risk of falls\, metabolic diseases and cognitive decline.

DESCRIPTION:Join the FOTAS Foster Team the last Saturday of every month for a Fantastic Foster Dog extravaganza! \nThanks to Rogue Valley Pet in Central Point\, we are able to showcase our foster dogs the last Saturday of month\, 10am-2pm. \nIt’s an open house where you can meet and greet with some very special dogs….all lovingly cared for by foster parents. \nVisiting with the dogs and the foster team is a fantastic way find out all about the dogs before adoption. These dogs have received lots of love and attention and are now ready for their forever home. Dogs from other non-profit rescue groups will also be invited so you’ll be able to meet a great selection of super dogs.
