Scarecrow making kits will be available for $20 ($15 for SOHS members.) \nThere’s a special category of “Oregon History” scarecrows this year. Make a scarecrow that represents a character from Oregon history and enter it in the “Director’s Feature Award” contest. Choose a historical character and dress your scarecrow in appropriate clothing. You’ll need to bring your own outfits and accessories for this contest. Special prizes will be awarded for these special scarecrows! \nEnjoy the other family-fun activities\, including pumpkin painting\, apple bobbing\, cider making\, children’s games\, and more! \nTour the historic Hanley House\, featuring the SOHS quilt display. Learn about the property and Hanley family. Donations for house tours are greatly appreciated.
